How Mo runs Weekly Reforecast
Pulls the last 13 weeks of sales by SKU and channel, and the plan’s forecast for the same weeks.
Scores error and bias per SKU and keeps the ones the forecast has missed the same way three weeks running.
Mo weighs each miss against promos, stockouts and data gaps, and only revises the ones that look lasting.
Mo pauses with every row it would change, the net units and why. Nothing is written until you approve.
