This month, we've dedicated ourselves to enhancing user experience and boosting efficiency across the board! Our latest updates focus on refining the UI and streamlining processes for items and reporting.

Our reporting system has undergone significant updates that offer deeper insights into sales. The Orders page now includes a more intuitive interface, making navigation smoother. Lastly, we're excited to introduce a customizable option for exporting the item master catalog, which adds more dynamic ways to pull information.

Updated Weekly and Monthly Rollup

Introducing our enhanced Weekly and Monthly Report, now featuring a customizable pivot table and insightful visualizations. These tables provide a concise overview of your unit sales, gross sales, sell-through rates, and other key metrics. Both the Weekly and Monthly reports allow users to customize their pivot tables with filters and row groups for more granular data. These reports are an excellent way to provide sales performance insights across all your items.

Customizable Export and Easy Item Archiving

Now you have the power to customize your item master export according to your preferences. Use the column headers to access the menu and switch between column editing, filters, and item attribute selection. We've also included an even simpler way to archive multiple items with this update, with improved filters and quick table sorting. Choose multiple items on your item catalog and archive them with a click of a button.

Updated UI for the Orders Page

Get all the essential details about your order at a glance. The new Orders UI provides a more compact view that is much easier to read. Easily view the order number, progress, item count, total cost, and order/delivery dates. This UI is the first step to monitoring the status of all purchase orders, offering visibility from order placement to delivery at the warehouse.

Bug Fixes & Improvements:

  • 🐛 Fixed MAPE calculation on the Forecasting Performance Reporting.
  • 🐛 Fixed a bug on the item editor slide-out that caused an error page after exiting edit mode.
  • 🐛 Fixed a bug that showed duplicate metadata on a master item export.
  • 🌱 Improved reporting pivot tables to include new filters and groups for percentage changes and sell-through rates.
  • 🌱 Included Virtual Stock Toggle for Bundles on the item product page.
  • 🌱 Added new notifications for production plan and order status changes.
